Where Money Meets Creative Thinking

Most financial education feels like reading a manual. We believe money management should spark creativity and fuel business dreams. Our programs blend practical finance skills with innovative thinking to help entrepreneurs build something meaningful.

Our Story in Business Innovation

Started in Vernon with a simple question: why does financial education have to be boring? Here's how we've grown into something different.

2019

Founded on a Kitchen Table

Three business consultants in Vernon got tired of seeing creative people struggle with basic money concepts. We started testing new ways to teach finance that actually made sense to right-brain thinkers.

2021

First Creative Finance Workshop

Launched our signature approach combining visual learning with hands-on business scenarios. Instead of spreadsheet theory, participants worked with real case studies from local BC businesses.

2023

Partnership with Regional Entrepreneurs

Connected with over 200 small business owners across British Columbia. Their feedback shaped our current curriculum, focusing on practical tools rather than academic theory.

2025

Expanding Digital Innovation

Now developing interactive financial planning tools that work the way creative minds actually think. Our next cohort launches in fall 2025 with completely redesigned coursework.

Why Traditional Finance Education Fails Creatives

Most programs assume everyone thinks like an accountant. We know better. Creative entrepreneurs need different tools and different approaches to money management.

Visual Money Mapping

Instead of endless spreadsheets, we use visual frameworks that show cash flow, growth opportunities, and risk factors in ways that make immediate sense to creative thinkers.

Story-Based Scenarios

Every concept gets taught through real business stories from actual Canadian companies. You learn budgeting through a pottery studio's growth, not abstract numbers.

Build While Learning

Each session includes hands-on work with your own business finances. By program end, you'll have working systems tailored to your specific situation and goals.

Built by People Who Actually Run Businesses

Our team isn't just educators — we're active entrepreneurs who've made every mistake in the book. That's exactly why our approach works.

We've bootstrapped startups, managed seasonal cash flow for retail businesses, and figured out pricing strategies for service companies. When we teach debt management, it's because we've navigated business loans. When we cover investment basics, we're sharing what actually worked.

  • Real experience with Canadian business regulations and tax requirements
  • Hands-on knowledge of funding options specific to BC entrepreneurs
  • Practical understanding of seasonal business cycles and planning
  • Direct connections to local business networks and mentorship opportunities

This isn't academic theory. It's practical knowledge from people who understand the difference between textbook advice and what actually works when you're trying to make payroll.
